Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research and analysis
Drafting and reviewing transactional documents

Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law
Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
Experience in handling corporate transactions, preferably within an international law firm
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
