The Role

As an Account Executive at Totara, you will be responsible for selling Totara's SaaS solution to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a Sales plan to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive sales success (Marketing, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success)
• Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecast to senior leadership
• Become an evangelist for Totara's vision - educating both prospects and customers

Your Profile

• Successful New Business track record - Selling Mid-Market / Enterprise SaaS solutions
• Start up mentality - Working within an entrepreneurial, high growth environment
• Strategic, solution-based value selling approach
• Excellent communicator - Internally and externally. Ability to positively influence both operational and C-level stakeholders
• Accountable & Self Driven - Takes responsibility for pipeline generation, self development and territory management
• Proficiency with Hubspot or an equivalent CRM
• Must be fluent in speaking German, any additional languages would be advantageous
• Domain expertise - LMS or Edtech experience is highly advantageous
