The Role: This is a stand out opportunity for a Trademark Attorney to join this top 60 City of London law firm. Within this role you will be dealing with trade mark searching, filing and prosecution, portfolio management, due diligence and disputes. As well as working on matters relating to litigation, regarding; domain name disputes and commercial contracts.
The team work with a varied group of clients from global brand owners to start ups, however, much work is focused on the following sectors: advertising/marketing, retail, fashion, entertainment, technology, travel, automotive and sports.
The Ideal Candidate: - A chartered Trademark attorney with 4-6 years of PQE.
