Real Estate Senior Associate/Legal Director

Our client is looking to appoint a specialist senior real estate solicitor to further bolster their team and the growing levels of work they are getting involved in right across the sector. The level and volume of work is such that our client can consider associate, senior associate or Legal Director level candidates.
The work is varied to include all aspects of real estate law including sales and purchases, renewable energy work and leasehold tenancies. To be right for the role you will probably have at least eight years already working in these areas,. The range and quality of work on offer is excellent, the salary structure being offered and the opportunity to be genuinely heavily involved in the overall direction and progress of the firm in these next few years makes this a really exciting role for the right person with the right CV and experience.
