- Project Coordinator - £30K - Swindon - SC Clearable -

As a Project Coordinator in our clients flexible hybrid work environment, you will report to the Head of Project Management and collaborate closely with their teams of technical professionals. Our client is seeking an organized and motivated individual to join their team on a permanent basis. To excel in this role, you'll need knowledge of IT concepts such as servers, applications, and cloud computing, along with experience in agile methodologies.

As a Project Coordinator, your day-to-day tasks will be diverse, ensuring you're constantly engaged. Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating projects according to our PRINCE2-based PM Procedures.
• Providing project updates to Project Managers, customers, management, and colleagues.
• Organizing resources to ensure timely task completion.
• Updating documentation, including Project Initiation Documents (PIDs), project plans, and work packages.
• Collaborating with the entire Prolinx team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Familiarity with Project Management techniques and processes, such as PRINCE2, is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will possess:

• 1-2 years of experience in an IT or business office environment, delivering projects or tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused telephone manner.
• Proficiency in office applications such as email, Word, and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts, including servers, applications, and cloud computing.
• Resilience and a positive attitude towards challenges.
