(1 day a week preferably Monday, Tuesday or Thursday 8.00-16.45, or two of those mornings a week 8.00-12.30)
We are seeking a Mathematics Specialist to join Duke of Kent School's Learning Development team on a part-time fixed-term basis, to commence as soon as possible and end at the end of the Summer Term in July 2024.
The role would be for one day a week with hours to be mutually agreed, although the School’s preference would be either Monday, Tuesday or Thursday 8.00-16.45, or two of those mornings a week 8.00-12.30.
This role would suit a qualified and enthusiastic Mathematics teacher with experience of working with children with learning difficulties; a familiarity with the GCSE Mathematics syllabus would be an advantage. Support is mainly provided to Years 6 - 11 pupils in 1:1 sessions, but also in small groups (if necessary) or in class.
