Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum

Three Sixty has the vision to design, build, refurbish and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes for people.
We’re currently recruiting a Fire and Security Engineer to undertake fire alarm and security system servicing, repairs, testing and installations to both commercial, schools and public buildings. You will ensure that all works that are undertaken meet current regulations and are delivered to high standards.
The key purpose of this position is to undertake servicing and maintenance works to commercial, schools and public buildings. You will be responsible for servicing, repairs, testing and installation of fire alarms, emergency lighting, CCTV, intruder and door entry systems. The Fire and Security Engineer will ensure that all work is carried out in line with current SSAIB and BAFE standards and accredited specifications.
As the Fire and Security Engineer you will be responsible for:
Carrying out specified repair works rectifying any faults identified to relevant systems, panels, circuits and components
Undertaking fault diagnosis and reports for commercial buildings, schools, and public properties.
Undertaking all work in accordance with relevant health and safety legislation and safe methods of work.
Keeping personal relevant engineering critical qualifications up to date as per the role requirements.
Being available to cover emergency out of hours rota when required in relation to role /business requirements
Our ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 5 years' experience of working and maintaining fire alarms and of maintaining intruder alarms and CCTV systems
Full UK driving license
Electrical Qualification (18th edition / City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) is desirable
The technical ability and knowledge to deliver works to meet engineering standards to ensure compliance is always achieved
