Hours 37.5 hours per week
Location Crawley, West Sussex
Salary £25,584 – £28,356

Emerging Futures (EF) works across the country to support people affected by homelessness, addiction, and mental health challenges. Our greatest resource is our people, so we also offer generous annual leave, pension, employee assistance programme and other benefits.

About the role

As a Mental Health Worker, you will support the assessment of individuals with mental health needs as part of our outreach contract in Crawley. Working in the community, you will develop and manage care plans agreed in collaboration with the service user and their families and carers.

In conjunction with colleagues from other disciplines, you will case manage, continually risk assess and review individuals who require psychological support, plugging into community activity and local services.
