ST JOHN’S WOOD + travel: TWO x top, Rota Nannies (to take over from MN) for G5 months - March/April Start
This is an ASAP March/April start to take over from an outgoing Maternity Nurse who leaves in mid-April, and it is highly desired by our client that the new ‘Rota’ Nannies have a good handover and smooth transition for continuity.
= Role: TWO x Rota Nannies.
= Charge: Baby girl, 5 months.
= Start date: End March/April (to allow handover with Maternity Nurse)
= Location: St John's Wood + international travel
Our professional, super-busy parents in St John's Wood are seeking TWO x Rota Nannies to provide on-call 24/7 care, supporting Mum with their adorable baby girl who is currently 5 months old. These will be brand new positions taking over from the family’s current Maternity Nurse, therefore the rota hasn't been formally set as yet, but will probably be 1 - 2 weeks on/off, with flexibility for a longer rotation when travelling.
The new candidates will ideally have some formal childcare training with a great track record, and it is a requirement that nannies will have had professional travel experience with young babies upwards. Previous rota and HNW experience would be preferred, our clients are open to candidate career level and happy to consider applicants with a minimum of 2 years/+ private household experience. Most importantly, the family are seeking nannies with good intuition and emotional intelligence, able to work well with others and with excellent relevant/appropriate, hands-on experience with this age group.
As these are new positions it is imperative that new, Rota Nannies have good communication and are on the same page, working extremely well together and with Mum. Full nursery duties will be required from the candidates to ensure their daughter is fully supported through her developmental stages and establishing new routines as she grows.
Our clients do like to travel abroad, and there will be a mix of short-haul (Ibiza) and long-haul (Australia) overseas trips, so each Nanny should be OK with travelling with families and have previous experience travelling with young charges. As outlined, there will be a set rotation but flexibility with the rota is required when travelling to Australia or other long-haul destinations. Nannies who are confident London drivers are also highly preferred by the family.
Our clients are situated in the heart of St John's Wood, near to some leafy green spaces/parks (e.g. Regent's Park & Primrose Hill) and St John's Wood underground.
This role is to start as soon as possible, to take over from the current Maternity Nurse (who leaves in mid-April), so interviews are now taking place for an ASAP start and a thorough handover period.
