Position : SEMH Teacher
Location : Clacton
Type : Permanent
Salary : M1 to UPS (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities :

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with SEMH challenges.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to provide holistic support and guidance to students.

Requirements :

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
• Passion for working with students from Year 7 to Year 11 with SEMH needs.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
