The Role

As Deputy Head, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school and ensuring that every child receives a high-quality education that prepares them for success in an ever-changing world. ·        Foster a positive and inclusive school culture where every child feels valued, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential.

·        Collaborate with parents, carers, and external partners to create a strong sense of community and promote parental engagement in their child's education.

Our Ideal Candidate

·        A proven track record of successful Senior Leadership and Management within a primary school setting (Deputy Headship experience essential).

·        Passionate about education and dedicated to providing the highest quality learning experiences for all students.

·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

·        Strong strategic vision and the ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

·        A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of school life.

·        Advocate for the importance of physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices in promoting overall wellbeing.

·        Relevant qualifications and experience.

What We Offer

·        A supportive and collaborative working environment where staff wellbeing is a top priority.

·        We have an inspiring curriculum designed to motivate and enthuse children’s passion for learning.

·        A Dulwich Wood Learning Tool Kit – helping children to understand themselves as learners.

·        Opportunities for professional development and career progression.

·        Strong links with our local independent school network.

·        We have huge playgrounds, a well-equipped Sports Hall, a pond, a reading caravan, steel pans, tree house and much more - not forgetting to mention four hundred enthusiastic children and friendly supportive staff.
