Residential Conveyancer , Chippenham
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced conveyancer at a Wiltshire firm.
You:
You'll be qualified as a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer capable of managing your own caseload of sales and purchase transactional matters.
You will be a good communicator and be able to show attention to detail in all that you do. You'll be able to work under pressure and to meet client deadlines.

The role:
You will be able to take all types of conveyancing matters through from start to post completion and be on top of all the stages in between.
Typical matters : Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases, New Build, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity and Shared Ownership
The firm would welcome fee earners with local knowledge or indeed applications from people moving to the area.
