Job description
Key Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide monthly analysis and forecasts of cost saving initiatives for the Engineering business area
- Provide finance support for projects within the Engineering business area as required, including the development of finance reporting systems.
- Month end accounting (inc posting month end journals) and reporting of financial performance based on IFRS15 Revenue from Contracts principles, providing analysis, understanding on variances and advice on corrective actions that could drive improvements, specifically for the Engineering business area.
- Time-writer recovery analysis and reporting by engineering function. Including calculation of annual Engineering Hourly Rate and associated analysis.
