Property Coordinator

• Salary £24,000 to £26,000 plus bonus
• Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm
• Based near Harlow
• Driver with own transport needed

This Property Coordinator role is to support the Property Management team of a growing letting agent – property experience would be useful, but being customer focussed, a natural problem solver and a positive team player is much more important.

On a day to day basis the Property Coordinators duties will include:

• Producing tenancy agreements and contracts
• Conducting regular property visits and compiling accurate reports
• Property check ins/check outs
• Arrange maintenance with third party suppliers
• Communication with landlords and tenants

The Property Coordinator will

• Be able to work to deadlines
• Manage expectations with a firm but fair approach
• Be a confident and articulate communicators
• Have excellent administration skills
• Enjoy helping others

You will be working with some vulnerable people, so you will need to have compassion and understanding.

Ideally you will have a property background, but in all cases you will need to be a confident note taker, a self starter, and be a driver with your own transport.
