Job description

Our client a wellestablished and respected legal practice are seeking a skilled and experienced litigation solicitor to join their growing Dispute Resolution team as a Senior Associate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of litigious matters including commercial disputes professional negligence contentious probate property and contract disputes providing legal advice and representing clients in court proceedings. The role requires a strong understanding of the legal process excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years PQE and have a proven track record of dealing with complex and varied caseloads. The role will allow the candidate to hit the ground running with a full case load.

Requirements

• 6 years PQE
  
• A highly skilled litigator and seasoned accredited solicitor
  
• Demonstrates organizational prowess efficiency and proficiency in computer skills
  
• Eager for both personal and professional advancement
  
• Exhibits effective communication with clients colleagues and support staff
  
• Displays ambition enthusiasm and energy poised to contribute significantly to the expansion and triumph of the Litigation Department and the firm
