6 Month Contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading professional services company based in Guildford for a dynamic Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with meticulous attention to detail, ideally with experience within Business Development and/or Marketing. As a Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for keeping systems and social media platforms updated and assisting with the company’s marketing administration needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating contacts and event RSVPs/attendance in CRM system
- Updating subscribers/preferences in CRM system and eMarketing platforms
- Updating various spreadsheets and logs
- Helping to maintain and updating the company’s intranet and social media platforms (LinkedIn etc)
- Adding articles/updates to the website
- Support with branded Word documents, for example flyers, credentials and team sheets
- Support with the process for client webinars, for example in Zoom events account and CRM system
- Collating and sharing relevant communications analytics from Google, Lexology, Passle, PodBean and
- Social media
- Any other administrative tasks to assist the Marketing and BD functions
Requirements:
- Admin office experience, ideally in BD/Marketing but not essential
- Experience of eMarketing platforms, websites and CRM systems would be advantageous
- Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good formatting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pro-active and a quick learner
- Technically minded
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and sometimes to tight deadlines
