Project Manager- Responsibilities include:
- In order to ensure prompt and effective manufacturing and installation, manage projects through the Workshop, informing designers, subcontractors, and crew while collaborating with the construction manager.
- Assign information to our internal and external partners as the project's owner.
- Take briefs through the concept and quoting stages and all the way to project completion.
- Maintain communication with all parties throughout the production process as you deal with on-site schedules and scope development.
- Continuous communication with the Design and Workshop teams
- Communicate with customers, venues, and production companies
- Travel frequently to manage installations
- Handle budgets actively, acting professionally with regard to project margin and cost of sales
Project Manager- Desirables include:
- Experience with project management in the theatre, film, exhibition, or events industries is required.
- Demonstrates a proactive, upbeat approach and a creative problem-solving flair while adhering to shifting deadlines and objectives.
- Able to work independently on multiple projects at once and display strong time-management and organisational abilities
- Professional team management skills when leading teams on the project
- Experience with AutoCAD or a comparable program
- Competent to plan projects, recognise important dates and deadlines, and anticipate, detect, and address shortcomings
Schedule- Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm, with minor requirement for out of hours/weekend working
