We have an opportunity for a International Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team of staff based in our London Head Office, next to the iconic St Paul's Cathedral.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week and the successful candidate will be required to work two days per week in our head office and the remaining days at home.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Previous experience within a Procurement, sales, or administration environment
Experience managing different types of data sets and information in either excel and or another type of database.
Experience preparing reports and presentations.
Good communication skills and confidence dealing with various stakeholders within the business.
Duties of this role include:
Provide and manage the administration of all cross-category sourcing activities within the procurement team.
Support the team in identifying and driving further value-added benefits through process improvement.
Actively engage key stakeholders and build good working relationships seeking to drive cost out, and find value added business opportunities.
Support the Procurement team in the delivery of key corporate initiatives.
Develop, run, and analyse various reports on a regular basis for the team.
Ensure category spend, supplier management and contract databases are kept updated.
Ensure pricing accuracy in information systems.
Assist with supplier queries.
Support with the on-boarding of new suppliers and maintaining supplier records.
Draft and issue purchase orders to company suppliers.
Seek approval and process invoices issued to Procurement.
