Job description: A well-established organisation in West Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their team on a fixed term contract for 12 months. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be on site two days per week.

This is an exciting opportunity where the successful candidate will be able to add-value in worthwhile organisation.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Develop and deliver people plans tailored to each department that enable key identified people issues to be addressed
• Understand and anticipate the need for change
• Ensure the delivery of departmental service level agreements
• Partner with operational and support service teams to identify solutions and initiative in relation to people issues and activities that will deliver improved performance and business outcomes
• Build frameworks to plan and manage
• Actively continue to develop effective people related policies and procedures
• Provide day to day leadership to drive the delivery of strategic people plans
• Manage and support Managers in complex employee relations casework
• Attend formal meetings when required
• Undertake any other such duties

It is desirable that candidates applying for this role have a degree/equivalent in HR Management and are CIPD qualified.
