Role: Exam Invigilator
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £80-£90 per day

GSL Education are seeking individuals to work as
Exam Invigilators for some of our client schools in a Secondary School in
Leicestershire . As an Exam Invigilator you will supervise students taking internal and external examinations throughout the school year. Individuals who are also willing to work as Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistants are also encouraged to apply. Daily supply work and long-term roles are available.
Duties and Responsibilities include: - Supervise Students
- Respond to questions, generally assist students to undertake set activities
- Assist with setting up examination venues (arranging tables, laying out equipment and examination papers)
- Distribute and collect examination papers/scripts/materials from candidates at the start and end of exams
- Ensure that the Examination Room is conducive to examination conditions and minimize distractions
- Supervise the entry and exit of candidates to and from the Examination Room
- Ensure that examinations begin and end on time as scheduled
- Deal sensitively with candidates who have special arrangements
- Uphold standards of behaviour in the classroom this is a key role in supporting the day-to-day running

- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Please NOTE that you must have an enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one through GSL Education
