An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Change Grow Live (CGL) in Norfolk.

 

Change Grow Live in Norfolk is a fully integrated recovery focused substance misuse service working to provide drug and alcohol treatment. The service delivers a range of services – from open access, harm reduction, medically assisted recovery and specific recovery interventions, criminal justice interventions and group work. The Project Administrator role is a vital role in our services as you are the first point of contact for our service users. You will be a friendly and efficient communicator with excellent administration skills. You will work well in a fast paced environment and are good at multi-tasking. Duties for the post include responsibility for answering calls, dealing with initial queries, welcoming service users and professionals into the service, signposting within the service and the community, as well as accurate information and data recording.

 

Where: Wandsworth

Hours: 37.5h per week. This is a full time position Monday to Friday.

Salary: £23,400.00 - £24,466.99 (CGL Scale 17-19) Dependent on experience, Pro Rata

About the role:

• Be the first point of telephone contact within the service
• Provide organisational, administrative, and clerical services to the team designed to contribute towards its aims and objectives
• Ensure that telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies and CGL staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary
• Complete effective processing of correspondence/data entry as required
• Minute take at internal, partnership and clinical meetings as required
• Collate, monitor, and report data/information and statistics as required

 

About you:

• Knowledge of general office procedures
• IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets and other MS applications
• Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team
• The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary
• Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing and solid numeric skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Able to take responsibility for your own personal development, identifying personal training needs and participating in regular supervision and appraisal
• Minute taking experience would be an advantage
