Job description
We are looking for an experienced PI Claims Handler to support the business on a temporary basis. The primary responsibility is to manage and process claims that may arise from incidents related to the company's operations.
Duties include:
- Logging, assessing and investigating claims on system
- Maintaining records and ensuring documentation compliance
- Communicating with claimants' experts, statutory bodies and client by email, telephone and in writing
- Legal compliance and liaison
- Negotiating on issues of liability and quantum
- Customer Service support
- Attendance at court
- Adhere to company policies
- Developing relationships with clients.
