Senior Probate Solicitor
Chester (Hybrid Role)
£50,000 - £60,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Probate Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Chester. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of remote and in-office work, providing the successful candidate with flexibility and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of probate matters, demonstrating expertise in estate administration, wills, and inheritance tax planning.
- Provide high-level legal advice to clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their individual needs and objectives.
- Oversee and mentor junior solicitors, contributing to their professional development within the firm.
- Stay abreast of changes in probate law and communicate updates to the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide holistic legal solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in probate law.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling complex probate cases, including estate administration and inheritance tax planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
