Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients commercial spaces including offices factories and warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise all designated areas including but not limited to offices wash rooms and common areas
- Sweep mop and vacuum floors carpets and upholstery
- Dust and wipe down surfaces including desks shelves and cabinets
- Restock and replenish supplies such as toilet paper soap and paper towels
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed within the allotted time
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor polishers vacuum cleaners and pressure washers
- Notify management of any maintenance issues or needed repairs
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Experience as a commercial cleaner or in a similar role (preferable)
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals proper storage and disposal methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment as well as perform repetitive tasks
- Must have reliable transportation
