PERMANENT POSITION
£12.60PH WITH AN INCREASE IN APRIL
Team Leader required for a manufacturing company based in Rossendale. The role will involve assisting the managers in the day-to-day running of production.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
• Electronics background is advantageous
• Previous experience in a team leader role
• Experience assisting the managers with day to day activities
• Competent organising and prioritising workload
• Confident with up to date health and safety legislations
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be the following:
• Overseeing production ensuring everything is running smoothly
• Training employees
• Record and report performance
• Complete all relevant paperwork and documentation
• Liaising with management to report any concerns or issues
