We have recently been inspected by the Care Quality Commission, receiving an OUTSTANDING rating for our leadership and Good in all areas.

We are looking for 2 Care Team Leaders working part time, or 1 Full time Care Team Leader.

• Excellent standard of English, verbal and written

Work pattern

Full time represents 0830-1700 Monday to Friday

Part Time is 20-25 Hours a week (negotiated per suitable person)

Both Full and Part time roles will include being on our On Call rota, for one week at a time approximately every 4-6 weeks) In addition to salary, for every week on call you receive a fully paid day off in the following week. This represents an additional paid 8/9 days off per year.

Full training is provided and a dedicated career pathway including fully paid formal qualifications to progress if wanted.
