To be eligible for this position, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law, accompanied by some residential exposure too. Your primary focus will be on providing expert guidance and support in all areas of commercial property law, comprising approximately 80% of your responsibilities. The remaining 20% of your time will be dedicated to residential property law.
