HR Partner - Tamworth,with minimal travel to Hemsworth and Newark (up to 12 monthFTC)

We are currently recruiting apeople-centric, engaging HRPartner to join our fantastic depot teamin Tamworth covering maternity leave. Thisrole reports into the Regional HR Business Partner and forms a keypart of both the site Leadership Team and Central HRteam.

Therole:

Our site-based HR colleaguesare critical to our business, acting as a key hub of expertise andskill for their stakeholders. As an HR Partner, you'll beresponsible for providing an effective day-to-day HR service aswell as being instrumental in developing and embedding peopleinitiatives aligned with our ambitious growth strategy. Youwill bring expertise to ensure that employee relations areeffectively managed through coaching line managers, whilst usingdata to identify and monitor trends and ensuring measures are takento address them.

This is a site-based rolein Tamworth, with the option to work from home 1 day a week. The role also oversees our Hemsworth and Newark sites, soinfrequent travel there is required. The role has two directreports. There will need to be some flexibility with working hoursat times due to the operation running 24/7, although for the mostpart you will work standard officehours.

Key Accountabilities andResponsibilities:
You:

You'llhave sound and up to date knowledge of employment law andlegislation to effectively manage and resolve complex ER cases.Strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy as well asexcellent analytical skills are essential, as is experience offacilitating change and a strong understanding of the concepts andchallenges of change management.

You'll either beCIPD qualified (level 5), currently working towards this orqualified by experience and ready to do your qualification.

We are looking for someone who iscomfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able topositively influence whilst building strong working relationshipswith the site management team and wider stakeholdergroups.

This is a great role for a HRprofessional looking to gain exposure and develop their Partneringskills in a HR generalist role supporting engagement, absencemanagement, ER Matters, coaching and development andrecruitment.
