Kitchen Assistant based in Cookstown..
Responsibilities
- Cleaning to include dining room, tables, chairs, floors etc.
- Setting tables for next sitting.
- Leaving area clean and tidy.
- Kitchen, dishwashing and stores area floors to be swept and mopped twice daily following meal times.
- To assist the cook /assistant cook with food preparation.
- To assist and support the head cook in the effective operation of the kitchen, to provide an efficient hygiene environment.
- To be aware of the client's dietary needs and respond to their comments and requests in respect of the menu.
- To ensure a suitable Food Hygiene certificate.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Full Induction training will be provided.
- Ability to contribute in the serving of food.
- Awareness of health and safety practices.
- To hold a suitable food hygiene certificate.
Desirable Skills
- To complete all mandatory and online and training.
