Job description
This is an opportunity to Join a dynamic and specialist probate team , where you'll be part of a collaborative environment. The team consists of a senior associate, two associates, four solicitors, and two paralegals, all dedicated to providing high-quality services. As part of our larger Private Client department, the probate team provides tailored specialist advice in this area.
As a Senior Probate Solicitor, you will work closely with team members and primarily be responsible for:
Due to the setup of the team, they would be open to meeting individuals at all levels for this role, from junior to senior level. Ideally you will be a member of STEP or ATT/CTA qualified. You will also have impressive client care needs, a solid understanding of lasting powers of attorney, the ability to work well within a team, make effective decisions quickly and be IT literate.
