The Role: Sales Negotiator
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll play a crucial role in the company's success by:
- Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process with professionalism and expertise.
- Conducting property viewings, showcasing the unique features of each property, and highlighting its potential to prospective buyers.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
- Collaborating closely with our team of real estate professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, property values, and competitor activity to inform your sales strategies and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales is essential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a drive to succeed in a competitive industry.
- Knowledge of the Chigwell property market and surrounding areas is advantageous.
- A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
