Job description
Our client, a well-regarded US law firm, is looking to recruit a mid-level Lawyer to join their busy and growing Private Equity team based in London. The role will involve a broad range of high-profile private equity and growth capital transactions, including buyouts, secondary transactions, restructurings and bolt-on acquisitions, acting either for investors or management.
Our client would particularly like to hear from Lawyers with 2-5 years of PQE, and previous private equity experience gained at a top City law firm. Strong academic performance and good interpersonal and communication skills are required.
