What the role involves
An opportunity to join us as a Treatment Coordinator has arisen.
Lincoln Orthodontics is a modern, busy Orthodontic practice serving all agegroups, managing a high volume of private patients. As orthodonticspecialists we have been treating patients in Lincoln and the East Midlands for 18 years. Our ethos is on the patient journey and theirexperience should be of the highest quality.
The role of Treatment Coordinator is incredibly important to the patient experience that we provide at our practice. You will provide consultations for patients who are looking to learn more about achieving their dream smile and the different treatments we provide.

Working times:
Monday – Thursday: 0830 – 1745
Friday: 0830 – 1530

What we need from you
- The role is ideal for someone who understands and appreciates the importance of customer experience, is passionate to help drive the practice forward and become an ambassador of the services provided by the practice.
- The ideal candidate has experience in the dental industry (clinical knowledge, ie the difference between metallic braces and Invisalign is a huge advantage but not mandatory), has excellent command of the English language (in person, over the telephone and in writing), has the drive to look after people (not to overlook patient queries and follow them up in a timely manner while having the necessary patience), feels confident to discuss finances, as well as basic computer skills.
