Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Administrator to join a rapidly expanding fully independent chartered financial planning firm.

We are working with a thriving Financial Planning practice in Worthing that is seeking a Financial Administrator. You will work directly with financial planners, ensuring client satisfaction and exceptional service.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

• Assisting with back-office administration
• Process new business applications & letters of authority
• Produce client portfolio valuations
• Ensure compliance requirements are met on all new businesses
• Maintaining client database records
• Weekly chasing of all business cases

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in financial services
• Experience using Intelligent office
• Professional & high attention to detail
• Ideally holds CII or CISI qualifications
• Proficient with IT software such as Microsoft packages.
• Strong work ethic & multitasking skills.
• Self-organized and able to prioritize workload to meet agreed deadlines
• High Standards of accuracy and attention to detail
