Job description

This role is to support our Microsoft Business Central clients with queries via telephone and email. also contributing to the implementation and subsequent support of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

This includes, although not limited to:

• Data migration from other systems
• Administration on BC security
• Implementation of BC general configuration
• Managing change control
• Assistance with testing
• Assistance in system training
• Support in project team development of the system
• Ongoing support
• Document Designs

Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central Administration and configuration -

or

• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision administration and configuration
• A natural passion for IT
• SQL database management
• Jet Reports application configuration
• Good communication skills - both verbal and written

Or

experience in a similar role supporting other ERP systems with the hunger and enthusiasm to get stuck in and learn a new product quickly.

• The ability to work as part of a team and independently
