Job description

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for Production Line staff to join our team of dynamic workers, at one of the South most successful manufacturing sites near Romsey(SO51). Please note there're no public transport options to get to the site, so own car is essential.
Products include Trees, Flowers, and Plants. As a production line operative you will be responsible for all elements of picking plants and packing them for home delivery. Teamwork, communication skills and willingness to work outside will be essential in the role.

As a multi-skilled operative this role will include:
* Picking & Packing
* Accepting deliveries of heavy items
* General duties around the site including maintenance & housekeeping.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
* Production Control
* Picking & Packing
* Teamwork
* Packing Goods for Home delivery
* Communication Skills
* Willingness to Work Outside Essential
