Salary: Up to £33,000

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 x Curriculum Developers to join our Portfolio & Product team on a remote basis to support with developing outstanding curriculum and content across Paragon Skills and the wider Knovia Group, including Tempdent.

This role is about leading on the design, development and management of a portfolio of blended solutions, learning sessions and resources across an extensive suite of delivery areas. You’ll be working collaboration with the Curriculum Manager and Digital Content Designer. Bringing your experience in teaching, learning and blended learning methodologies you’ll ensure that all learning styles are considered when creating a curriculum that aligns with our pledge to deliver an outstanding teaching and learning experience to every learner, every time.

Key responsibilities:

· Design and develop a comprehensive suite of blended learning solutions for all delivery areas

· Design outstanding learning sessions and resources for Paragon Skills and wider Knovia Group

· Accurately map all knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs) and wider curriculum criteria

· Embed wider curriculum activities including functional skills, and information, advice and guidance into all learner journeys

. Ensure all learner journeys are compliant, and incorporate proven methodologies, different learning styles and accessibility options

. Publish quality content in line with agreed times and service level agreements

What we need from you:

. Experience of creating blended programmes aligned to assessment criteria

· Understanding of Ofsted and Education Inspection Framework (EIF) requirements

· Experience of creating blended programmes aligned to assessment criteria

· Experience of working within the apprenticeship sector

· Project management knowledge

· Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

· Ability to prioritise own workload, resources and time effectively to deliver to agreed targets and deadlines
