The Opportunity
Due to internal movement we now have an excellent vacancy for a Process Engineer onsite at our Cement Manufacturing plant in Cauldon, Staffordshire. Covering Monday-Friday days you’ll help to optimise our manufacturing processes onsite.
If you have experience working with a Kiln in a manufacturing environment, then this would be the ideal opportunity for you to progress your career by moving into our Process team. With the support of our onsite Process Manager, you’ll undergo full training and develop to become an expert Process Engineer.
Once up to speed you’ll oversee and optimise manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production. You’ll conduct inspections and follow up on your findings, provide technical support on the implementation of new equipment and procedures onsite. As well as the design and development of new process and equipment modifications onsite.
Who you are
You’ll understand manufacturing processes which involve the utilisation of a kiln.
You’ll have a keen interested in finding ways to improve existing procedures.
You’ll be data driven with an analytical mindset.
