Job description
Head of IT - Lancaster - £63,000.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior IT Manager to join a highly prestigious, organisation at their offices in Lancaster
Reporting to the deputy CEO, the Head of IT will be responsible for the strategic delivery of IT and IM systems. With 3 direct reports and a wider team of 8 the remit is to ensure the seamless management of internal and external facing systems, Infrastructure and software enhancements to the ERP and CRM systems
The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills and have comprehensive experience managing an IT department at a SME organisation (150 - 180 users).
You will need demonstrable knowledge and experience managing Microsoft based platforms to include Office 365, Azure, IN Tune, Active Directory, SQL. As well as ensuring the Security policy is robust and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Further to your technical knowledge, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and support the IT function to meet the needs and support the business. This includes working with and managing suppliers, strategic leadership and keeping abreast of the ever changing advances in technology. A knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is needed
This organisation is offering a salary of up to £63,000 per annum, coupled with a very generous benefits package including 29days holiday plus bank holidays, matched pension, flexi benefits. Their modern offices are a short walk from the station or Park and ride andthere is alsofree parking. There is an option for Hybrid working after the first couple of months.
