An exciting and rare opportunity for an aspiring Crop Manager to join our busy Farming Team. Our new Crop Manager will assume responsibility for our prized Sweetcorn, with focus on 5k acres of prime farm land situated across rural Sussex, Hampshire and The Isle of Wight.

Reporting directly to the Head of Crop Production, candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident of liaising at all levels both internally and externally.
The Crop Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Sweetcorn production & operations, ensuring efficient and effective cultivation practices to maximize yields while maintaining our high quality standards. You will be responsible for planning, organising, and coordinating activities related to planting, growing, harvesting, and processing. The role also involves managing resources, implementing agricultural best practices, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Confident & highly organised, the Crop Manager will play a pivotal role planning and programming crops with procurement and the Head of Crop Production. Also coordinating and planning daily operations across the areas including labour and machinery management.
