We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer with Mazak experience to join our team in Gloucester. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating Mazak CNC machines to produce high-quality components for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming, specifically with Mazak machines.
Responsibilities:
- Program and operate Mazak CNC machines to produce precision components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Set up and calibrate machines to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform quality checks to ensure the final products meet the required specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, specifically with Mazak machines.
