Position: Production Engineer
Department: Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes, including developing work instructions and tooling design.
- Train production staff on standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Provide technical support to ensure smooth production flow.
- Implement lean methodologies and conduct line audits for compliance.
- Generate control documentation and design testing equipment.
- Enhance manufacturing efficiency and safety.
- Evaluate capital expenditure for manufacturing equipment.
- Introduce automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Research and implement new technologies for manufacturing processes.
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Prior experience as a Production Engineer.
- HND or equivalent in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing methods and quality methodologies.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks/Autodesk Inventor).
- Strong problem-solving skills and time management.
Favorable:
- Experience in production engineering of castings, injection molding, and gear design.
- Knowledge of National Instruments LabVIEW and electro-mechanical products.
- Green Belt Six-Sigma certification or higher.
