Job description

 

Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. Multi-Trade Operative

 

Swindon – covering the following postcodes - SN, RG, BS, BA, GL

 

£32,406 - £34,111 per year

 

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

 

We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Operations Response team based in the Swindon. Covering sites across the region you will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs to occupied or void properties including but not limited to fixing leaking tap, replacing baths, changing a door handle and hanging new doors. This role will also involve the following skill sets: UPVC/Composite door & window installation, bathroom/kitchen installation as well as plastering and patch repairs.

The team also carry out external repairs including fencing and groundworks and you will also be required to be on an emergency call out rota. A company van and power tools will be provided for business use along with a full training plan.

As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
