Position Overview:
The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products in the market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer electronics and a proven track record in developing and executing product marketing strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally, working closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to drive product awareness, demand, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop Product Marketing Strategy:
- Lead the development of comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform product positioning and messaging.
Product Launch Management:
- Oversee product launches from conception to execution, ensuring successful go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and revenue.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and promotional campaigns to support product launches.
Market and Consumer Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges for product portfolio optimization.
- Analyze product performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness of marketing initiatives and inform future strategies.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with product development teams to provide market insights and feedback for product roadmap planning.
- Communicate product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to internal stakeholders, sales teams, and external partners.
Brand Promotion and Awareness:
- Develop and execute brand-building initiatives to increase brand visibility and awareness in target markets.
- Partner with marketing and communications teams to drive integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in product marketing within the consumer electronics industry, with a track record of successful product launches and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
- Experience working in a global or remote team environment is preferred.
Location: Remote working
Salary Range: £55,000-£60,000 (depending on experience)
