job title: Pastry Chef apprentice - Contract Catering - £11.98 ( £25,000) plus overtime Work life balance
Location: Hassocks area
Salary: £25,000 + paid overtime
Working hours : Monday to Friday , 7am-3.30pm or 10.30am-7pm , 1 Saturday in 4 paid as overtime

We are currently recruiting for a Pastry Chef for contract catering site within Hassocks area.

Main duties
* To ensure the food preparation and presentation meets the required standards.
* To keep all working areas clean and tidy
* To monitor portion control, fresh food, and dry store orders
* To comply with the health and safety and food safety legislations

REQUIREMENTS
* Technical skills to produce a range of sweets, desserts, and pastries across all menus.
* Sense of team spirit and passion for quality and excellence.
* The flair to give input and work with the team to continually develop the food.
