Job description

WORKING PATTERN:  Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week currently, or 40% of our time, at our Edinburgh or Leeds hub.

Our Team

Colleague Lab sits at the intersection of colleague and customer experiences across IP&I. We’re on a values led mission to reinvent the way our customers interact with us, and the tools and experiences our colleagues are empowered with when helping them. By reducing failure demand, growing self-service and automating processes, through technology, systems design, AI, and human centred design, our Lab works cross-channel across IP&I to make change happen, at pace.

What we are looking for..

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Release Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Release Manager, you will adopt Lloyds Banking Group values, have a growth mindset, and play a crucial role in overseeing e-2-e release processes of our software applications, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of high-quality releases.
