THE ROLE:


A career enhancing opportunity has become available for talented Regulatory Paralegal to join the Fitness to Practise Investigation Department in a thriving organisation. Our highly regarded client is currently looking for a skilled Legal Professional with a background in regulatory and compliance work. At the heart of your work will investigate concerns about a registrant's fitness to practice, gather and evaluate evidence, conduct risk assessments. This is a truly exceptional opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Paralegal to be working alongside team members to process and investigate a wide range of complaints concerning the conduct of professionals within their field. In this organisation, hybrid working arrangements are offered, with one to two days in the office per week and the rest worked remotely. The right candidate will gain valuable experience helping to build their regulatory career in this hands-on, highly visible role.

THE CANDIDATE:
This role is well suited to an experienced Legal Professional with at least 12 months of relevant experience. Our client is seeking paralegals with experience working in compliance and a regulated body, who are looking to take on a new challenge. You will have proven experience of case handling as well as the ability to analysis and assess a large quantity of information and collate in an organised manner. This role requires excellent prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail, which will enable you to analysis information/evidence and in turn will lead to great decision making. The successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, your enviable skills will allow you to quickly become a key member of this team.
