The Message Trust is a worldwide movement passionately sharing the love of Jesus Christ in words and actions with the hardest-to-reach young people and communities

The post-holder will oversee the Mess Café and Catering with a strong focus on ensuring the highest standards for anything that comes out the kitchen. The Head Chef will also work with the FOH Supervisor to ensure the same standards are upheld with everything front of house. As well as practically working in the kitchen and placing orders, the Head Chef will also be responsible for training and mentoring our apprentices who typically come through our links with local prisons.
