Job description
working for this leading fit out contractor and reporting to a non–resident Contracts Manager you will be responsible for :
- Lead and manage a large fit–out project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and effectively managing their expectations.
- Collaborate with cross–functional teams including design, procurement, and construction to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, making informed decisions to address challenges and changes.
- Champion the client's brand and values, acting as a strong ambassador and ensuring a positive reputation in the industry.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record as a Project Manager in office fit–out or related construction projects.
- Experience managing projects with a value in excess of 2 million.
- Strong client–facing skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to guide project teams.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
You will possess your SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications for this role.
