Job description

As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will be managing the ordering and inbound stock flow of products. Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm (hybrid working offered after 6 month probation period)

You will be responsible for:

• Manage import of stock from the Far East and Europe


• Liaise with freight forwarders and manage import documentation


• Manage export orders


• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, sales/marketing teams, monitor customer orders, monitor allocation of stock


• Ensure all paperwork is uploaded and kept for audit trails

• Strong communication skills and excellent organisation


• Someone with some supply chain/export experience would be highly desirable


• Competent using Microsoft Excel
